Hello there, reader! If you’ve found this post, I’m assuming that you’re interested in traveling or different cultures. Lucky for you, this blog will be a place for just that.
Ever since I was little, I was always interested in different cultures and was excited to learn more about them. I’ve had phases where I was really into cultural music, different mythologies, foreign foods, and more. I also happen to be a writer who has been creating stories for as long as I could remember. The very first story I ever wrote, back when I was six, followed a Russian boy whose family lived all over the world. Even if I didn’t fully understand everything about each of the cultures I was writing about (the character’s name was definitely not Russian, and if I remember correctly, his sister lived in Antarctica…), I always found myself including various ones. I find myself still doing this to this day.
In a way, this blog is me merging two of my loves together.
As I’ve grown older, I’ve gotten a really bad case of wanderlust. There are so many places I want to see and different cultures I want to explore. As of me writing this post, I have only visited two countries outside of my own, but that is sure to change! I have also seen some different parts of my own country, too.
To get an idea of what you’ll see on this blog, it’s going to mostly be me writing about various aspects of different cultures. Think language, food, media, whatever. I would also like to write about travel as well. At this point, everything is vague for me, but I’m sure I’ll get more into the hang of it.
